Fees are due and payable by check or money order when picking up building keys and/or access card. Renters must pay the rental fee and security deposit separately; the security deposit check or money order shall be returned to the renter when the key/access card is returned if the facility is found to be clean and in good condition, and if event guests have followed LSHA rules and regulations as detailed below. Keys must be picked up at main LSHA office, located in the Lee Haven Community Center at 111 SE Grand Avenue, no later than 4:00 pm. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, The Lee’s Summit Housing Authority (LSHA) is not responsible for opening the building when keys/access cards have not been picked up prior to an after-business hours event.
