Kathy Kelsey, resident commissioner for Lee’s Summit Housing Authority (LSHA), has received a certificate from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). The recognition shows that Kelsey has completed their accreditation course and has received the status of certified commissioner.
